Public Markets
Based on our experience in running businesses, we invest in companies with strong fundamentals and robust financials. We don’t do market timing nor technical analysis.
Real Estate
We have identified Portugal and Hungary as strong markets with booming demand. Both countries have an exemplary economic performance in Europe. With the help of our local partners, we develop residential projects in Lisbon and Budapest.
Private Debt
Unconventional monetary policies affected all asset classes, resulting in a complex environment to implement a fixed income strategy. We have identified private debt as a shelter to solve this issue. All our operations are collateralized by a real estate asset in prime locations with returns way above conventional bonds markets.
For real estate developers, we are the fastest solution to bridge a bank loan or the exit of an Equity Partner.
Block-Chain and Crypto Assets
The decentralized economy is booming with the rise of DeFi and NFT’s adoption. Since 2019, our main position is on Ethereum, the major blockchain in terms of transactions and number of wallets. We also invest in smaller projects in the DeFi and NFT’s space.
Uncorrelated Funds
We are always seeking asset classes that are not correlated to financial markets. We have positions in Life settlements and trade finance funds.
